1. Welcome and scope
These terms apply to Xtreme Pickle Games Studio (“we”, “us”, and “our”) and your use of this website and our games that reference these terms. Read them before using the services. If you do not agree, do not use the services. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Agreeing to these terms does not replace any separate consent required for advertising or analytics.
2. Choosing and using a game
Check each game’s content rating, description, and any eligibility requirements before playing. If you cannot legally agree to these terms yourself, a parent or guardian must review and agree where required by law. A content rating describes suitability and does not replace those legal requirements.
You may use our games for personal entertainment in accordance with these terms and applicable store rules. The software, artwork, music, and branding remain the property of their respective rights holders. Do not distribute unauthorized copies, interfere with security, manipulate purchases or rewards, introduce malicious code, or use our services to infringe others’ rights. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law.
3. Ads and rewards
Our games may display ads, including optional rewarded ads. Availability depends on the game, region, connection, and advertising demand. Review the offer and its conditions before choosing a rewarded action. If you meet those conditions but do not receive the reward, contact support with the game name and what happened.
Ads and external links may take you to third-party services with their own terms and privacy policies. Displaying an ad does not mean we endorse the advertised product or service.
4. Purchases and virtual items
Some games offer optional purchases. Read the item description and displayed price before confirming. Google Play processes purchases made through its billing system under its applicable terms. Use the available purchase and parental controls to manage authorization.
Virtual items provide access within the relevant game. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, they cannot be transferred or redeemed for money. An ad-removal offer applies to the advertising described in that offer; check whether optional rewarded ads are included. Purchase restoration depends on the game and item. Spent consumable items and unsaved progress may not be recoverable.
If a subscription is offered, review its billing interval, renewal, trial, and cancellation conditions before subscribing. Manage it through the store where you purchased it. Uninstalling a game does not cancel a subscription.
5. Missing purchases and refunds
For purchase problems, email freepicklegamestudio@gmail.com with the game name, item, and Google Play order reference. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details. Refunds are subject to applicable law and the Google Play refund policy. Nothing here removes mandatory refund or consumer rights. A refunded or reversed purchase may have its corresponding entitlement removed where permitted by law.
6. Progress, connectivity, and updates
Save and recovery features vary by game. Locally stored progress may be lost when clearing app data, uninstalling, or changing devices. Do not assume cloud saving or transfers are available unless the game offers them. Where sign-in is available, protect your login details and use only accounts you are authorized to access.
Some features require internet or store services, and your network provider’s charges may apply. Updates may change features or device compatibility for maintenance, security, or gameplay improvements. We will respect applicable notice and remedy requirements when changes affect purchased content or other protected rights.
7. Ending use
You can stop using our services at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address serious misuse, fraud, security risks, or legal obligations, subject to applicable notice and remedy requirements. Uninstalling does not automatically delete records held by service providers. See our Privacy Policy for information and deletion requests.
8. Your rights and our responsibilities
We aim to provide reliable services, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, statutory guarantees, or remedies for defective digital content. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over conflicting wording. You retain access to competent courts and consumer authorities under applicable law.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as our services change. The effective date appears above; additional notice or renewed agreement will be provided where required. Changes do not remove rights already accrued under applicable law.
